Muffins! I get most of the new recipes that I try from allrecipes.com. I like the ratings and the comments on each recipe. I can trust that if something has 4 1/2 stars out of 5 by 2, 827 people...it's probably going to be good. So this morning, I tried out the To Die For Blueberry Muffins. Yum! Now, I did make a few changes...one big one. Blueberries were way expensive, so I used fresh strawberries instead. I also used buttermilk instead of regualr milk, and for the topping I used brown sugar instead of white. They're obviously not the prettiest muffins in the world , but it seems like it's always the sloppiest-looking food that tastes the best. Happy baking!
