Today is Fritz's 6th birthday (yes I know his actual birth date)! He has been a good little companion for 6 years and hopefully has many, many more years in him. He got an extra long walk and a special dog treat with frosting to celebrate. Happy birthday Fritters!

Does he still meditate in the mornings???
He does! His meditation room in this house is the office. He always seems to meditate in the room that has the front window view. He likes his alone time. I can relate.
